1880 Union Hotel Policies
A few things to know about your stay with us. Please look these over so we can make your visit everything you are hoping for.
Check-in and check-out.Check-in begins at 3pm. Check-out is by 11am. If you need to arrive earlier or linger a little later, send Sara a note ahead of time and we will do what we can.
Cancellation.Full refund for cancellations made 14 or more days before your arrival date. 50% refund for cancellations 7 to 13 days out. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Date changes are always welcome and free of charge, subject to availability.
A smoke-free property.1880 Union is non-smoking throughout, including the rooms, balconies, and grounds. A $250 cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected.
Occupancy. Each room has a posted maximum guest count. Please honor it for the comfort of your party and the safety of the building.
Identification. The adult guest named on the booking will need to show a government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Quiet hours.The saloon is part of what makes this place special and it can get lively on weekend evenings. Inside the rooms, we ask that you keep things peaceful between 10pm and 8am out of respect for fellow guests.
Pets.We adore animals, but out of consideration for our 145 year-old building and guests with allergies, 1880 Union is not a pet-friendly property. ADA-certified service animals are warmly welcomed. Please let us know in advance if one will be joining you
Care of the building. We trust you with this 145 year-old property. If something is broken, stained, or damaged beyond normal wear, the card on file may be charged for repair or cleaning costs. Most guests leave the rooms beautifully, and we appreciate that.
