First opened in 1880, the Union Saloon has long been a gathering place for travelers, locals, and dreamers passing through Los Alamos. Its walls have witnessed more than a century of stories — from stagecoach days to Hollywood film crews — making it one of California’s most storied watering holes. After years of hosting private events and weddings, we are proud to reopen the saloon to the public every Wednesday & Thursday beginning November 2025.
