First opened in 1880, the Saloon at 1880 Union Hotel has long been a gathering place for travelers, locals, and dreamers passing through Los Alamos. Its walls have witnessed more than a century of stories, from stagecoach days to Hollywood film crews, making it one of California’s most storied watering holes.
