When is Summer at the Union available?
Rooms are individually bookable up to 3 months in advance
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. All bookings require a one night minimum.
What's check in and check out?
Check in is at 3 PM. Check out is at 11 AM.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included. Freshly brewed coffee and tea are provided each morning for every guest. Bob's Well Bread is a short walk down Bell Street, and several of our recommended restaurants serve a beautiful late morning meal.
Are children welcome?
Yes, the Union is family friendly. Kids welcome.
Are pets allowed?
We are not a pet friendly property. Service dogs are welcome, in accordance with ADA guidelines.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours on property are from 10 PM to 8 AM, to keep the historic guest rooms restful for everyone.
Is the property open to the public?
Only hotel guests have access to the hotel grounds, unless during specified event period. The Saloon is open to the public Thursday through Sunday. For all other visits, permission must be requested in advance.
What's the drink ticket policy?
Each overnight guest receives one complimentary drink per night, redeemable at the Saloon or Union Bar. Choose a well or specialty cocktail, beer, or wine.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including vapes and cannabis.
Is there parking and WiFi?
Free on-street parking is available along Bell Street. Complimentary guest WiFi is provided throughout the property.
Can I book the whole property?
Yes. If you would like to reserve every available room for a family reunion, milestone birthday, extended friends getaway, or other group celebration, email us and we will hold the property for your group.
