You’re Invited…

For the first time in over ten years, the legendary 1880 Union Hotel is opening its doors to non-event guests, welcoming travelers, wine lovers, couples and friends to experience its newly redesigned interiors and upgraded guest suites. The grand reopening celebration begins with the launch of the hotel’s inaugural Spring Wine Weekend Series across April and May 2026.

This four-weekend series marks a new chapter for the historic Los Alamos landmark, transforming it into a destination for immersive, multi-day wine-country escapes that blend chef-driven cuisine, sustainable wines, vintage style, and authentic Western charm.

“The Long Play” with Lo-Fi Wines — April 10–12

The Long Play is a 70s-leaning, analog love letter to Santa Barbara Wine Country—minimal-intervention pours, warm nostalgic energy, and the kind of weekend that feels best on repeat. Lo-Fi’s organic and biodynamic wines set the tone, anchored by a welcome-hour debut of their Secret Vermouth spun into a signature cocktail. Expect vinyl in the newly refurbished lobby bar, vintage details throughout the property, and chef-driven pairings that lean bright, fun, and craveable—equal parts nostalgia and edge.
